Generosity is letting others get the praise or credit. It is giving without expectating something in return.
Greed is an excessive desire to acquire more than what one needs or deserves, especially with respect to money. Greedy people want to get their "fair share" and a bit more.
Envious people feel resentment towards others who receive love, kindness, advantages, success, possessions, etc.
Wrathful people are often impatient with people's faults, react to problems with anger, show no mercy, and are unforgiving. They are seekers of revenge over peace.
Lust implies a sexual desire for its own sake, an erotic arousal and wish, or intense physical or sexual attraction or craving.
Temperance accepts the natural limits of pleasures
and preserves this natural balance. This does not pertain only to food,
but to entertainment and other legitimate goods, and even the company of

Zeal is the energetic response of the heart to
God's commands. The other sins work together to deaden the spiritual senses
so we first become slow to respond to God and then drift completely into
the sleep of complacency.
